Article 1: Application and enforceability of the general sales conditions
The fact of order, implies acceptance of full and unreserved the buyer to these general conditions of sale.
Any condition contrary raised by the buyer will be, in the absence of express acceptance, unenforceable to the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention.
The fact that the seller does not prevail at any given moment of any of these general conditions of sale, shall be construed as a waiver to take advantage later of any of those conditions.

Article 2: Ordering
The information stated by the purchaser, while taking command commit it: in case of error in the wording of the details of the recipient, the seller could not be held responsible for failure in which it could be delivered the product.
Orders are not final until they are confirmed by the settlement of price by the buyer.
After shipping, any amendment or resolution of the order by l ¹ buyer can not be taken into consideration and the price paid will not be returned.
The product offerings are valid within the limits of available stocks. A product now available is automatically withdrawn from the product catalog online.
In case of breach of stocks, the seller will contact the buyer. They all agree to deliver a product offering similar characteristics in size and quality product originally commissioned by the buyer.

Article 3: Shipping
The delivery is done in France within the period prescribed by the direct delivery of the product announced to the recipient, or in case of absence, a notice of readiness.

Delivery times are listed as accurately as possible.

The overruns delivery times may give rise to damages.

Shall be considered as force majeure unloading seller of its obligation to deliver war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, restrictions of movement and inability to be supplied.

Article 4: Reception
The claims about the product must be delivered, as far made no later than within two days of delivery of the product.

Article 5: Returns - Terms Any return of products must be d ¹ a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer. Article 6: Prices
The products are supplied to the prices prevailing at the time of placing the order.
Tariffs on the shop are listed Hors Taxes (HT)(Out of taxes).
The prices posted on the site are valid for 15 days after the date of order, including promotions.
Orders can be placed on the shop online, by e-mail, fax or telephone.
They are being prepared and shipped after receipt of payment.


The payment is not yet available on the site, it is done separately:

-- In-against reimbursement where appropriate, the parts are shipped against reimbursement, with tax-refund cons relating to the limit of 500 euros.

The payment is made in cash when making the order.

Article 7: Dispute
The claims or disputes will always be received sympathetically attentive, good faith is always presumed in those who took the trouble to explain his situation.

In case of dispute, the customer makes his claims with the customer service of the buyer:
